Check out the chat we had with Martin, a representative of this farm that I visitied in October 2019 HERE
Kalingwe is an area just to the south east of the Rwenzori mountains. It is on the Bushenyl escarpment which forms the eastern edge of the Western Rift Valley, and the altitude is in the range of 1600-1800 m.a.s.l. Our farmers typically each have about 2 acres of land and coffee is their main cash crop. The farmers carefully select ripe cherries which are then collected on a daily basis and transported across the rift valley to our new processing facilities at Kisinga. Here the cherries are floated and graded before sun-dried under our polytunnels to protect them from rain. Our team turn the cherries several times each day to ensure even drying whilst allowing the cherries to mature and develop their full rish flavours. This takes about 10 days after which the cherries are hulled on site and again carefully sorted before being taken to Kampala ready for export.

Sending things to places costs money, here at Frazers we believe in charging the right price for our coffee and passing on the cost of whatever Royal Mail or DHL would like to get your order to you.
Below is a list of all the shipping methods we offer for domestic UK deliveries deliveries.
Please note we roast Tuesday, Wednesdays and sometimes on thursdays so can not always dispatch orders on the day of order. If you require urgent delivery please contact us at frazerscoffeeroasters@gmail.com before ordering.
Roasted coffee orders placed with next day delivery after 07:30 am GMT will not be processed until the following working day. We will process and ship any orders received before 07:30. If you have any questions about our processing times please contact us at frazerscoffeeroasters@gmail before ordering.
Our website calculates shipping charges based on the items wieght you're ordering and your delivery address, it will offer you the best available rates once it knows this information. The easiest way to work out shipping costs is to go through the website ordering process as if you were going to order the items you would like, then on the final page of the checkout process (before having to pay) you'll be given a list of available shipping options.
Why are we asking you for a telephone number?
It is for the delivery company to contact you in case of any difficulties they have with your delivery, if you do not provide us with a telephone number and there are any issues with the delivery of your order the delivery company will not be able to contact you. If you are having your order shipped via DHL and you provide us with your mobile number they will send you updates via text message but we can set this to an email if not appropriate.Once you receive your shipping confirmation email your order is on its way to you. At this stage we've roasted, bagged, picked, packed and dispatched your order then put it in the hands of your chosen courier.
It always makes us very happy when things run like clockwork but on occasion due to circumstances outside of our control your order may take a little longer to get to you than expected, please remember this is usually down to the courier. Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days but we always ask that you wait for 7, unfortunately we can not take action until this time has passed. During this time we recommend that you ask your local sorting office if they've already tried to deliver (even if they haven't left a card) and ask your neighbours if your order has been left with them. You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct, this can be found on your shipping confirmation email.
If your delivery still hasn't arrived after 7 days and you have performed the above steps then please email us at frazerscoffeeroasters@gmail.com with your order number attched. We realise this can be a very frustrating situation we do greatly appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.
If you have any questions relating to the delivery of your order please email us at frazerscoffeeroasters@gmail.com
